With this Privacy Policy we inform users of our web application hosted at www.bettermealdelivery.ca (“web app”) about the privacy terms regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from them.
We use Personal Information only for providing the necessary information for users and improving the web app.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE
Personal Data you provide to us.
The web app collects the information that you provide us, that includes personally identifiable information. It’s data that user leaves when logging in and out of the App, updating user account information, and responding to emails. It can be used to contact, identify user, for internal analytics, and reporting. It will help us to provide our users with the necessary services that they have requested when accepting our Privacy Policy.
The Personal Data that users share with us can be used to contact them with useful application updates and technical materials that may be of interest to them. While using our web app, users may upload or input various types of content such as attachments, client, volunteer and supporter profiles, schedules, and client orders (together, the “Content”).
Information about others. The web app’s main functions include entering personal information about others, including clients and volunteers. This information will never be shared by us with anyone outside of your organization and we will never contact any of the clients, volunteers or supporters entered the web app.

We do not use any third-party web analytics services (such as those of Google Analytics) within our web app to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools.
Advertising
We do not use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to our users when they access our website at www.betterworldsoftware.ca or within our web app at www.bettermealdelivery.ca.
PAYMENTS
We do not use our website or web app to process license or monthly subscription payments. No payment information is stored within our web app. Payment details, if supplied, are only stored within our accounting software for the sole purpose of making monthly recurring payments easier and only with the written consent of our customers.
RETENTION & SECURITY OF DATA
We will retain user’s Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
We will retain and use Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Personal Information for internal analysis purposes.

For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information, such as credit card number and billing information, users send to us electronically. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not target and collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
