Privacy Policy

With this Privacy Policy we inform users of our web application hosted at (“web app”) about the privacy terms regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from them.


We use Personal Information only for providing the necessary information for users and improving the web app.


NOTE:  With the access or use of our web app you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Personal Data you provide to us.

The web app collects the information that you provide us, that includes personally identifiable information. It’s data that user leaves when logging in and out of the App, updating user account information, and responding to emails. It can be used to contact, identify user, for internal analytics, and reporting. It will help us to provide our users with the necessary services that they have requested when accepting our Privacy Policy.

The Personal Data that users share with us can be used to contact them with useful application updates and technical materials that may be of interest to them. For these purposes, we ensure you can opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the instructions provided in any email we send.


Log Data

We collect information that user’s browser sends whenever a user logs into or log out of our web app. This data may include information such as user’s computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), location, browser type, browser version, the time and date of your login or logout attempt, and other statistics.



While using our web app, users may upload or input various types of content such as attachments, client, volunteer and supporter profiles, schedules, and client orders (together, the “Content”).

Information about others. The web app’s main functions include entering personal information about others, including clients and volunteers.   This information will never be shared by us with anyone outside of your organization and we will never contact any of the clients, volunteers or supporters entered the web app.


We use Personal Information, that we collect for various purposes but all of them are aimed at providing our users with the best service possible. Examples of how we may use Personal Information is the following:

  • Respond to user’s request for information and provide with more effective customer service as per our Service Level Agreement.

  • Notify about changes to the web app you have purchased from us unless you have opted not to receive such information.

  • Gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the web app.

  • Provide customer support.

  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

  • Engage in analysis, research, and reporting regarding use of our web app.

  • Provide, manage, and improve the web app.

  • Protect our website and our users.


We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our website and hold certain information.

To collect the information, we use Internet server logs, cookies, tags, and other similar tracking technologies. A web server log is a file where website activity is stored. A cookie is a small file that is placed on your computer when you visit a site, that enables us to: (i) recognize your computer and login session; (ii) store your preferences and settings; (iii) understand which web pages of the website you have visited; (iv), enhance your user experience by delivering and measuring the effectiveness of content and advertising tailored to your interests; (v) perform analytics; and (vi) assist with security and administrative functions.

We do not use any third-party web analytics services (such as those of Google Analytics) within our web app to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools.



We do not use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to our users when they access our website at or within our web app at


We do not use our website or web app to process license or monthly subscription payments.  No payment information is stored within our web app.  Payment details, if supplied, are only stored within our accounting software for the sole purpose of making monthly recurring payments easier and only with the written consent of our customers.


We will retain user’s Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

We will retain and use Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Personal Information for internal analysis purposes.

For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information, such as credit card number and billing information, users send to us electronically. The encryption process protects this information, by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer.

The security of data we collect is our priority, but it should be mentioned that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Despite, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


The information about users, including Personal Data, are stored on Canadian data servers and never transferred outside of Canada.

  • To correct any Personal Data held about you that is inaccurate.

  • To restrict or object to the processing of your personal information.

The web app contains third-party components which have their own terms of use, privacy policy and end user license agreements.   The collection, use, and disclosure of user’s information will be subject to the privacy policies of the third-party services, and not this Privacy Policy. We urge you to read the privacy and security policies of these third parties. 


We do not target and collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.


We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or will be provided with appropriate notice via email.
