From Volunteer Portal Beta to Volunteer Self-Service Access

Better Meal Delivery’s volunteer tools were developed through close collaboration with customer organizations.

The original volunteer portal concept was designed to let volunteers access schedules and resources online, manage their profiles, view shifts and delivery routes, and reduce the need to contact staff for routine information.

That work has continued to grow into optional volunteer and driver self-service access, helping organizations reduce administrative time and make information easier for volunteers to access.

This reflects how Better Meal Delivery is built: by listening to nonprofit meal delivery programs and developing features that solve real operational challenges.
