Volunteer Access

July 2025 - We have launched with three of our customers a new extension to the Better Meal Delivery platform that allows volunteers to login from any device - mobile, laptop or desktop, and update their profile, assign themselves to a route or shift, set their availability and also access all the route information they need to deliver meals without requiring a paper route sheet. Driver's can get directions to their next stop, add notes and can mark the stop complete, which the meal program coordinators can see real-time. This new option reduces the work needed to run the daily operations of the meal program.
