Volunteer Shift Reminders

May 2025 - Working with several of our customers, we added a new feature to Better Meal Delivery, which allows our customers to setup automatic emails to their volunteers when there is an upcoming route to drive or volunteer shift assigned to them, or if there are unassigned routes or shifts to fill. This new feature, takes into consideration the volunteer's profile and availability to only send emails to those volunteers available and saves the volunteer coordinator time!
